Ryan joined the heat and frost insulators union in 2008 after serving in the United States Army for nine years. During his time working on projects in the field he also studied at St. Thomas and received a business degree in 2010. In 2022 Ryan transitioned into the Superintedent/Construction Manager role. With his experience working in the field, Ryan has become a true asset to the daily operations of the company.

Wayde joined the heat and frost insulator union in 2008 after servicing in the United States Army for eight years. During his time working in the field Wayde has been instrumental in managing large projects for the company. In 2022 Wayde moved into his new role as superintendent managing all the insulation field crews.

Kyle joined KW in 2022. He has been a member of the carpenters union in 2006. During his time in the trade he has worked across the country on a wide range of scaffold projects. Kyle manages all scaffold projects for the company.
